Nedon constructions is a property developer mainly operating in Thassos, Greece. The company acquires property in various parts of the island and develops settlements with detached houses, villas and apartments. Nedon was established in 2003 and has already completed the construction and sale of two house settlements in Skala Rachoni, Thassos. Eleones, a cluster of 23 houses was completed and all the houses were sold until the end of 2006. Meliades, a group of 6 houses was completed and sold in the summer of 2008. The company is now in the process of developing one house settlement in Prinos, Thassos called Oikies, consisting of 23 houses (25% of the settlement) is already completed). In 2009 Nedon constructions will begin the development of a house settlement in Limenaria, Thassos consisting of 3 detached houses and 2 villas.

The main goal of Nedon constructions since its establishment is client satisfaction and building a long term relationship with all its house buyers. The company strives to design and build high quality houses that add to the beauty of the island of Thassos.

The settlement Oikies is situated in Prinos, Thassos the third biggest village of the island and only 1,5 km away from Skala Prinos, the port that joins Thassos with sea route to Kavala.

A group of five houses in Limenaria, Thassos. The settlement, which will consist of 3 detached houses and 2 villas will be constructed on a slope with a wonderful view to the sea and the sunset.
